Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by BizAisolutions, a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Michael Perrella, located in Fort Myers, Florida, USA ("BizAisolutions," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing our services, you agree to this policy.
1. Setup Fees
All setup fees are non-refundable. These cover upfront consulting, planning, and custom system creation. Once work begins, these costs cannot be recovered.
2. Monthly Retainers & Subscriptions
• Monthly service fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins.
• Cancel future cycles with written notice at least 14 days before the next billing date.
3. Add-Ons & Pre-Built Bundles
Add-ons and bundles ("Handled", "Captured", "Booked", "Built") are non-refundable once delivery has started, as they involve upfront time, expertise, and third-party integrations.
4. Advertising Spend
Clients are solely responsible for their own advertising budgets (e.g., Google, Facebook, TikTok). BizAisolutions does not manage or refund third-party advertising costs.
5. Exceptions
• Duplicate payment made in error
• Billing errors caused by BizAisolutions
• Services not delivered as outlined in a signed agreement (evaluated case by case)
6. How to Request a Refund
Email support@bizaisolutions.net with your name, invoice number, and reason for request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
7. No Guarantee of Results
We provide infrastructure and consulting to improve business efficiency. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., revenue increases, lead volumes, ROI). Refunds are not granted based on perceived lack of results.
8. Policy Updates
We may update this Refund Policy. Clients will be notified of material changes 30 days prior.
